Terms & Conditions
Last Revised: October 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or purchasing access to StuRev (Student Revolution), you signify your unconditional agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Student Pass Membership & Duration
StuRev operates on a non-subscription, fixed-duration model:
- Price & Term: The Student Pass is priced at ₹59 (inclusive of applicable taxes) and grants 365 calendar days of access from the moment server verification completes.
- Manual Renewal: StuRev does NOT charge your payment method automatically. When the 365 days expire, membership access ceases until you deliberately choose to renew.
- Renewal Stacking: If a membership is renewed prior to expiry, the additional 365 days stack consecutively on top of the remaining duration.
3. Account Ownership & Single-User License
Your StuRev account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Sharing credentials with third parties or bulk redistribution of platform notes, question banks, or curriculum content is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
4. Educational Disclaimer
All study notes, syllabus roadmaps, previous year question analyses, and placement resources are provided for educational reference purposes. StuRev does not guarantee specific university examination grades, semester GPA scores, or employment placement outcomes.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, crawl, or attempt unauthorized penetration testing against StuRev web applications, Supabase endpoints, or the Android client (com.studex.studex).
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of India, StuRev's aggregate liability for any claims arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months (₹59). These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
